I am Rachel, hear me yawn

I'm Rachel, the half of this blog that doesn't play the violin and probably eats less cheese.

I portray my life on social media sites as being a bohemian nirvana of voluntary artistic solitude and kitten selfies, but actually I mostly play the Sims and yell at my cat for shitting in my bath. This blog is an attempt to encourage cultural knowledge acquisition and subsequent, skill-enhancing documentation. (translation: stop procrastinating.) I study double bass and work as a theatre practitioner with children and university students, and find monitoring my language whilst switching between the two very, very bloody difficult.
